Shipping Policy

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to four countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You can choose the delivery destination shipping address during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total wait time = order processing time + shipping time

For all orders, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order(except customized products), this is due to the fact that our products are hand carved and for some products the production time may be extended. If there is an extension, we will notify you via email.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping days, usually for international shipments.

Why hasn't my order shipping status been updated?

Don't worry, it is normal for the shipping status of an order not to be updated, this usually takes up to five business days.

Orders are shipped internationally, so they are usually not updated until they are received by the local courier service provider in the customer's country (e.g. USPS for the US market). It will only be updated once the order arrives within the customer's country.

Track My Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the order tracking page.
