Please contact support@woodensmile.com within: 3 days of delivery
Send item back within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be refunded

Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Promotional items

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from receipt of the item for your refund to be processed.

Please note
- Refunds do not include shipping charges, bank or credit card fees, customs duties or any other charges.
- All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original product price.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Please note that handmade items may have imperfections which are not considered defects. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
